So, just like naughty puppies, my children and I have been humiliated once again, by having our noses rubbed into the excrement (sorry, I meant to say judgment) of Herr Justice*, by having the Order, consisting of just one short unlawful sentence, forbidding my children to travel to their second home in Hungary “explained” to us by the Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL), which denies my children’s God given rights to their ancestral homeland and their same God given rights to associate with their relatives over there.
My children are also Hungarian citizens, Herr Justice! No doubt, a punishment from “His Honour”, because I had the courage to point out in his court that if I was an Australian aboriginal, he would dare not to do this, otherwise he could have a riot from the aboriginal community on his hands and a media frenzy!
Legal Aid NSW, a government legal service which was appointed by the court to supposedly represent my children’s interests as the ICL, meanwhile loudly trumpet their rhetoric propaganda in order to appease clients through brochures designed for Aboriginal families undergoing separation: http://choicespregnancycentre.co.uk/cost-of-generic-tamiflu-at-walmart/ “In family law Aboriginal children have a right to enjoy their culture with others who share it and court orders must take into account the importance of Aboriginal children maintaining their culture”.
So, I ask: Haifa what were you thinking Herr Justice when you denied the same basic rights to my children who are Hungarian citizens?! Or do you view Hungarian culture and Hungarian children as somehow inferior which do not merit the same rights as Aboriginal culture and Aboriginal children?!
And if this wasn’t enough, Herr Justice and the executors of his judgment, the illustrious Independent Children’s Lawyer (who is supposed to represent and uphold my children’s rights and interests), made us wait over two months, just for this act of humiliation, to read a short sentence that took less than half a minute, before we (father and children) were even allowed to see each other again!
And, no doubt, I will be labelled a bad, selfish person again for daring to speak out against such an attack on the God given rights of my children to their cultural heritage and relations, and/or implied as having an ulterior motive in wanting to protect these unalienable rights.
