And what do the courts do about this?
If a woman does this to a man, the courts will completely ignore this and will automatically assume that the woman is justified because the man is somehow guilty of something.
If a man does this to a woman, the court will severely punish the man and the children will be taken away from him and given to the woman on a permenent basis with even the visitation rights for the man severely curtailed and often brought to nought.
